ДОМ " ГОТОВ". МОЖНО ВСЕЛЯТЬСЯ, ТОЛЬКО К СТЕНАМ НЕ ПРИКАСАТЬСЯ. Вот так в Сочи по ул. Учительская 18|8 строится дом с грубейшими нарушениями градостроительных правил. Блоки уложены без связующего раствора!!!??? Нет проектной документации, нет расчетов фундамента и конструкций дома, нет разрешения на строительство.
