Paramedic leaves an epic old man with some random pedestrians to look after him. As soon as she's gone, a gang of naughty kids show up and steal his intravenous solution bag. These good samaritans are at a loss as they try to get the solution back; then they play Keep Away, or Monkey in the Middle with it, leaving all these prank victims wishing to time travel back in the 1800s when it wasn't illegal to beat the tar out of such misbehaving brats.
