This shopping mall ice cream salesman has had a lot of trouble finding a job in this economy. Unfortunately, this poor man has had some trouble and lost his hand - in it's place, he has a terrible scary hook. It's not his fault he has a claw for a hand...but it is unfortunate that it makes it very hard for him to scoop ice cream into the cones. The prank victims don't want to be rude, of course - so they watch helplessly as he stabs and destroys their tasty treat!
